Costumer Evaluations
I located the vacuum tremendously strong and nice light to carry around. Immediately after two days of use, still haven't got to grips with the shoulder strap and have discarded it. I've had the similar challenge as the to begin with reviewer, excessive dust coming out of the bag location, certainly not connecting suitable. But worse than this, the bag has began to fly off the machine in mid-use showering me in debris! After this occurred 5 instances, I gave up and began raking leaves with my £4.98 wire rake from BQ, (five stars). Am but to get through to anyone at Black Decker, they are not good at after sales service, I wonder why?
The BD vacuum/blower is a nicely-balanced machine. It is lighter than the Flymo and has fantastic suction. The bag altering was one particular of the main criteria for us. It seemed straight forward sufficient with the bag slotting into a rigid frame. Nevertheless, the construction feels flimsy, and leaks exactly where the two surfaces meet. This indicates a constant stream of dust blowing up at you. We may have a faulty one - we can not!
